Called and asked a manager for assistance with a faulty bore pump I bought 2 years ago. They advised my installer had to go to the main Australian agent. Found them unhelpful.

Really appreciated the honesty and kindness of these guys looking at our pool pump and finding nothing wrong. Some could have taken advantage but they didn't and didn't charge. Really recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I dropped of a 3-phase motor (stator only) the insulation of the connecting leads had perished and it looked like that the short circuiting from that had done damage to the windings. David at the shop confirmed that the windings were likely gone, he gave me a competitive price for rewinding. I left the motor/stator and when I picked it up David told me that a rewind was not needed and that the problem was fixed at a 1/4 of the quoted cost by putting new leads on the winding. The motor works perfectly again. Top quality and honest service, which means 5 out of 5 star, cheers guys.

Legends, I’ve used these guys for 20 years and once again they came through and saved me $1000’s. My LG air conditioner started making funny noises I rang LG they said the fan motor had gone and they could no longer supply spare parts but for $3500 I could get a new air-conditioner. I had the motor removed took it down to electric motor sales the next day they call to say put a bearing in it for no charge and it’s up and running perfect that air-conditioner would’ve gone into landfill. Earlier this year they also rescued my pool pump for $165 instead of buying a new one what the pool shop recommended.
